Tim’s experience includes 25 years of Human Resources management and leadership in public, municipal and education, and non-profit environments. He has successfully provided coaching, consulting, and leadership development training to thousands of individuals, including executives and their support staff.

Throughout his career, he has developed organization improvement strategies and culture change initiatives that impacted business results and supported a company’s strategic direction.

  • MA Counseling degree from Regent University

  • BA degree in Business Management and Speech Communications from Hiram College
